Revenue Management Specialist – Holiday Homes

About Us:
We are a fast-growing holiday homes company in Dubai, providing exceptional stays in some of the city's most iconic neighborhoods. As we scale our portfolio, we're looking for a Revenue Management Specialist who can take charge of pricing strategy, optimize performance across platforms, and maximize occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across all online travel agencies (OTAs), including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, and more
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust rates and availability in real time
• Manage and update promotions, discounts, and minimum stay policies to enhance revenue
• Analyze property-level performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align pricing with occupancy targets and seasonal trends
• Work closely with listing managers to ensure content and calendar accuracy
• Optimize length-of-stay, lead time, and channel distribution to improve ADR and RevPAR
• Set and monitor revenue KPIs per property and suggest improvements where needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue management within the holiday homes or hospitality industry (Airbnb, hotels, or serviced apartments)
• Proven expertise with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, or similar
• Deep understanding of OTA platforms and their pricing/promotion mechanics
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused
• Experience with PMS/Channel Managers is a plus (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Cloudbeds)
