Job Overview
EWAA Hotels, a prestigious group of hotels and resorts renowned for exceptional hospitality and quality services, is seeking a talented and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and commercially astute professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of our properties, including Grand Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Al Muhaidb Hotels & Residence, and EWAA Express Hotels, ensuring we continue to deliver an extraordinary experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for rooms, conference facilities, and other hotel services to optimise revenue.
- Analyse booking patterns, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare accurate and timely revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Manage and optimise all distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and direct bookings.
- Conduct regular yield and strategy meetings with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all commercial activities are aligned.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure rate parity and accuracy across all booking platforms.
- Utilise the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) to its full potential.
- Contribute to the overall commercial strategy by identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Revenue Manager in hospitality sector.
- A strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Expertise in using hotel PMS, RMS, and channel management software.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience within the Saudi Arabian or wider Middle Eastern market is highly advantageous.
