Revenue Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator

Con Azucar Cafe' is a vibrant, culturally inspired coffee shop franchise dedicated to celebrating community, connection and exceptional coffee. As we expand and open new locations across Los Angeles count, were building a team that shares our passion for quality, creativity, and making every customer experience unforgettable. We are looking for a Community & Brand Marketing Specialist whose primary focus is driving revenue through strategic, local marketing efforts. This role goes beyond visibility and engagement, it requires proven experience turning community outreach, partnerships, and promotions into measurable sales growth.

This position is ideal for someone who understands that strong relationships, smart promotions, and consistent brand activation must directly contribute to increased revenue.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead ground marketing initiatives with a clear goal of increasing sales and foot traffic
  • Build, manage, and maintain revenue-generating relationships with local businesses through partnerships and cross-promotions
  • Develop and execute fundraisers, school partnerships, and community programs that drive measurable revenue
  • Plan and manage grand openings, pop-ups, and promotional events with defined sales targets
  • Create and execute brand-related promotions designed to convert awareness into purchases
  • Identify new community and partnership opportunities that directly impact revenue growth
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with financial and business goals
  • Track performance and report on ROI, sales impact, and revenue results from marketing activities

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience generating revenue through community marketing, ground marketing, or brand promotions
  • Demonstrated ability to turn outreach efforts into sales results, not just engagement
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of successful partnerships
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable for outcomes
  • Comfortable representing the brand and negotiating mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or local service-based businesses is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

This Role Is Not:

  • A social media–only or content-focused position
  • A purely awareness-based marketing role
  • A support role without ownership or accountability
