Sales Systems & Data Integrity
Run weekly audits of CRM and booking data (
- 95% accuracy standard)
- Ensure pricing, products, routing, and ownership data are always correct
- Maintain accuracy across CRM, PMS (Agilysys), and reporting systems
- Build and improve workflows (SOPs, automation, system logic)
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and system failures
- Act as liaison between Sales and system tools
Revenue Enablement (Non-Closing)
Reduce admin time for closers (target:
- 2 minutes per deal)
- Simplify workflows and remove unnecessary steps
- Ensure all offers, upsells, and packages are clear and sellable
- Manage lead routing, segmentation, and reassignment
- Maintain clean and accurate sales tracking
Rebooking & Revenue Continuity

Own and convert orphaned rebookings
- Recommend future bookings based on guest history (increase AOV)
- Set rebooking calls and equip closers with context
- Step into closer role one day per week (Fridays)
VIP & Exception Handling

Manage VIP, influencer, and non-standard bookings end-to-end
- Coordinate reschedules and guest recovery when needed
- Handle room assignments and upgrades based on availability
Standards & Team Support

Enforce system usage and booking standards
- Coach team members when issues arise
- Document SOPs and ensure real adoption
- Support onboarding and training
Cross-Functional Execution

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tec
- Ensure launches and promotions are executable without friction
- Identify risks before they impact revenue
- Improve communication systems across teams
- Accurate, clean systems with no errors reaching closers
