- Set and manage competitive room rates to maximize profitability across various seasons.
- Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Track customer trends and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the entire hotel booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage room inventory and bookings, filling available spaces while preventing overbooking.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive business and occupancy.
- Optimize and expand relationships with distribution channels to reach a wider audience.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and business development insights.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and other hotel departments.
- Foster a strong culture of revenue & reservation management throughout the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration or Economics.
- 2 -3 years proven experience in Hospitality Industry in the same role.
- Dubai market experience as a Revenue & Reservation Manager is advantages.
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify revenue opportunities.
- A strong commercial awareness and a drive for achieving goals and success.
