Revenue & Reservation Manager

  • Set and manage competitive room rates to maximize profitability across various seasons.
  • Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies.
  • Track customer trends and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire hotel booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage room inventory and bookings, filling available spaces while preventing overbooking.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive business and occupancy.
  • Optimize and expand relationships with distribution channels to reach a wider audience.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and business development insights.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and other hotel departments.
  • Foster a strong culture of revenue & reservation management throughout the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration or Economics.
  • 2 -3 years proven experience in Hospitality Industry in the same role.
  • Dubai market experience as a Revenue & Reservation Manager is advantages.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and identify revenue opportunities.
  • A strong commercial awareness and a drive for achieving goals and success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
