Our newly launched medical and aesthetic center at the scenic Al Heerah beachfront in Sharjah is seeking a motivated and experienced Revenue Share Sales Partner to join our dynamic team.

Position Highlights:

Job Type: Part-Time - Revenue Share

Location: Al Heerah Beachfront, Sharjah

Department: Sales / Client Relations

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and drive sales for aesthetic, dermatology and wellness treatments.
• Conduct consultations to identify client needs and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all treatments, packages and procedures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Convert marketing-generated leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
• Coordinate closely with medical practitioners for accurate treatment recommendations.
• Maintain detailed lead and sales records and meet agreed monthly targets.
• Represent the brand professionally, delivering a premium client experience.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the aesthetic, wellness, beauty or luxury service industry.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and client decision-making.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and customer service skills.
• Confident in converting leads into successful sales.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional presentation and client-first approach.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented and performance-focused.
• Familiarity with CRM/lead management systems is a plus.
