Job Title: Revenue Supervisor

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably with a Wireline/Cellular service provider.

· Strong planning, prioritization, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies

· Ensure timely bill generation and dispatch

· Handle billing complaints within defined TATs

· Support revenue recovery and follow up with non-paying customers

· Process billing adjustments and ensure audit compliance

· Monitor high-usage, overseas, and exception cases

· Perform pre-sale verification via CRM/COPS

· Clear rejected, stuck, and restored orders

· Verify adjustments by Contact Centre and JS teams

· Issue W.H. tax statements and send payment reminders
