Job Title: Revenue / Recovery Supervisor

Job Location: Lahore

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year, preferably with a Wireline/Cellular service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely bill generation and dispatch
• Handle billing complaints within defined TATs
• Support revenue recovery and follow up with non-paying customers
• Process billing adjustments and ensure audit compliance
• Monitor high-usage, overseas, and exception cases
• Perform pre-sale verification via CRM/COPS
• Clear rejected, stuck, and restored orders
• Verify adjustments by Contact Centre and JS teams
• Issue W.H. tax statements and send payment reminders

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
