Job Opportunity: Revenue Supervisor

Location: Karachi
Department: Revenue & Collection
Reporting To: Assistant Manager Revenue & Collection

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Supervisor to manage billing operations, ensure revenue integrity, and support recovery efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor billing registers to ensure accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely generation and dispatch of monthly bills.
  • Support recovery efforts and provide regular updates to management.
  • Resolve billing complaints within defined TATs (24 hours for CRM, 12 hours for priority cases).
  • Process and maintain adjustment cases with proper documentation for audit compliance.
  • Identify unauthorized restorations of TOS/POS accounts and ensure corrective actions.
  • Monitor high consumption and overseas usage cases to safeguard revenue.
  • Assist in Credit Monitoring Policies (CMP) implementation.
  • Follow up on billing issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Perform pre-sale verifications via CRM & COPS portal.
  • Manage rejected/stuck orders and verify adjustments.
  • Generate billing reports via OBI portal.
  • Issue W.H tax statements upon request.
  • Communicate with non-paying customers via email, WhatsApp, and notices for recovery.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a telecom (wireline/cellular) environment.
