No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking a Revenue Support Specialist to join our team!
The Revenue Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative, financial, and marketing support functions that connect the sales, marketing, and operations teams. This role focuses on improving order accuracy, marketing coordination, and process efficiency through proactive management of reports, purchase orders, and customer/vendor applications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting internal teams and customer-facing initiatives.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Administrative & Financial Support

Complete and process all credit applications and vendor setup forms for new partners.

Manage EOM (End-of-Month) income statement cleanup and ensure all adjustments are properly documented.

Generate and track employee pro forma invoices for internal Keep Swag orders.

Review and follow up on Salesforce Quote vs. Business Portal (BP) Order ID reports to ensure accuracy.
Sales Operations
-
Monitor open sales orders and follow up on pending or delayed items.

Process sales order splits for products that have already shipped.

Manage purchase order reports to ensure timely completion and accurate vendor communication.

Maintain consolidated order ownership, including creation, updates, releases, and resolving invoicing discrepancies.
Marketing Coordination

Create and manage Marketing SKUs for promotional or campaign-related items.

Generate and track Marketing POs, ensuring timely delivery and reconciliation.

Oversee customer gift programs and Stash offers, maintaining accurate records of redemptions and costs.

Update and maintain the Weekly Swag Snag Report in coordination with the Parts Menu and Marketing team.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
-
Partner with Accounting, Marketing, and Sales teams to streamline data flow between systems.

Identify and communicate process inefficiencies or reporting discrepancies and propose improvements.

Assist with data entry and report validation for cross-departmental initiatives.

Uphold the company’s core values by maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in operations support, accounting administration, or marketing coordination.

Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems (Salesforce preferred).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
