Reverse Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Reverse Design Engineer to convert physical part data into accurate 3D CAD models and engineering drawings. This role bridges metrology and design, ensuring high-quality, manufacturable digital models for aerospace and oil & gas applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process 3D scan data (laser, structured light, CMM) to create precise CAD models
• Use Geomagic Design X and SolidWorks for parametric modeling
• Produce 2D drawings with GD&T in line with ISO standards
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to validate designs
• Analyze materials, tolerances, and manufacturability factors
• Maintain design documentation, templates, and model libraries
• Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in reverse engineering or CAD reconstruction
• Proficiency in Geomagic Design X and SolidWorks
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ISO standards
• Experience with aerospace or oil & gas components preferred
• Familiarity with 3D scanning technologies (CMM, laser, optical)

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
