We’re looking for a Reverse Recruiter Intern who will search and shortlist relevant job openings in Dubai on behalf of our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Search and identify suitable job openings for clients applying for roles in Dubai
• Understand client profiles and match them with relevant job requirements
• Maintain weekly job-search trackers and reports
• Coordinate with clients and keep them updated on applications
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong research and analytical ability
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or international job markets
• Ability to work with deadlines and maintain accuracy
• Freshers are welcome
