The Role
We’re looking for a Revit / AutoCAD Drafter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid drafting fundamentals who wants to deepen their skills in a niche part of the building/engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and detailing in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural/structural projects
• Preparing drawing sets, details, and submittals for client and contractor coordination
• Collaborating with engineers on design revisions and updates
• Learning and applying industry-specific codes and standards (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (1–3+ years’ experience preferred)
• Familiarity with construction documents, detailing, or architectural/engineering workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn a new industry niche — we’ll train the right candidate

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience with building envelope, structural detailing, or façade access systems
• Previous work in an engineering or architectural office

Location: Bay Area (hybrid flexibility possible depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
