Job Title: Revit & CAD Structural Modeler

• Location: UAE (Must be flexible to travel across other Emirates)

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years total experience
• At least 3+ years of GCC project experience
• Building Construction – Residential, Commercial & High-Rise Buildings

Job Description:

We are looking for a Revit & CAD Structural Modeler with strong experience in building construction projects to support structural design teams by producing accurate and coordinated models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural models and drawings using Revit Structure & AutoCAD
• Develop 3D structural models for RCC & steel structures (columns, beams, slabs, foundations)
• Produce GA drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams to resolve clashes
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Revise drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and site feedback
• Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely submission as per project schedule
• Support site teams with technical clarifications when required

Requirements / Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure & AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of structural detailing for high-rise and building projects
• Experience working on GCC building construction projects
• Good understanding of construction drawings, standards, and coordination
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Drafting
• Experience in high-rise residential & commercial projects
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
