Revit Designer

Location: This position is based out of our Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and/or Lansdale Office.

Overview: Cornerstone Consulting Engineers & Architectural is a multi-disciplined firm with offices in the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia that providing surveying, building system engineering, architecture, and site engineering throughout the East Coast.

A Sr. Archt. Designer shall be versed in all areas of standard building systems such as structural systems, interior coordination, mechanical & electrical, etc. A Sr. Archt. Designer is also responsible for designing and drafting of plans, wall sections, schedules, code analysis and all architecturally related processes regarding the projects at hand.

Responsibilities:

Code Analysis

Preparation of architectural plans and associated details.

Preparation of architectural sections

Coordinate project requirements with team members and provide assistance when necessary to complete required tasks

Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information in logical & well-structured manner

Field surveys and preparation of existing conditions plans/ sections

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Architecture

5 years Revit and/or Autocad Experience

At least two years’ experience in the design of commercial, industrial, and residential building

Skills in analyzing and designing structures consisting of wood, masonry, concrete or steel

Ability to work on a team and/or independently

Ability to travel occasionally

Ability to work overtime as needed

Ability to interpret advanced construction documents

Live within a 50-mile radius of the Lehigh Valley (Allentown) or Philadelphia Offices

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
