Role Overview

We are looking for a Revit Designer (BIM Draftsman) to support our engineers and architects by producing precise technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of construction workflows, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation using Revit BIM.
• Prepare detailed, shop, as-built, and coordination drawings.
• Ensure all drawings and models meet project specifications, industry standards, and BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to identify and resolve design discrepancies.
• Manage model revisions, updates, and version control efficiently.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all project deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 6 months + of experience in drafting/design using Revit BIM (freshers with strong Revit skills may also apply).
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
