Vacancy for Full Time Revit Draftsperson

A Dubai-based construction firm is looking to hire a Revit Draftsperson.

Role Description

We are seeking a professional Revit technician with the ability to develop fully coordinated, construction-ready drawings for high-end residential and commercial projects. This role requires close coordination with architecture, interior design, and MEP teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and buildable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed Revit models and drawings from concept through to construction documentation.
• Review and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings with architectural and interior design information.
• Develop detailed sections, elevations, joinery, and interior details suitable for construction on site.
• Identify clashes and discrepancies between drawings and documents.
• Maintain drawing standards, naming conventions, and document control requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Draftsperson, with strong focus on Revit-based drafting and 3D modeling in the construction industry.
• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for 3D drafting and coordination.
• bility to create and modify detailed construction drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BIM standards, and design documentation.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinated models.
• Good command of MS Excel and documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards of technical accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight project deadlines.
• Good communication skills for coordination with engineers, architects, and project teams.
