Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit – Façade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BIM modeling, Revit family creation, and façade design, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality 3D models and shop drawings. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure precise and efficient façade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models for façade and curtain wall systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and manage custom Revit families for façade components.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models for façade projects.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Detect and resolve clashes within BIM models through Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors on design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Support the design team with technical inputs and value engineering options.
• Maintain accurate documentation and version control of BIM files.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in façade design and BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM-related tools.
• Hands-on experience in Revit family creation for façade and aluminum systems.
• Knowledge of façade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, and skylights.
• Familiarity with international façade and construction standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with parametric façade modeling.
• Familiarity with Dynamo scripting for Revit automation.
• Previous experience in façade consultancy or aluminum/fabrication companies.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
