About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we are enhancing our digital engineering workflows to support high-quality, data-driven project delivery. As a Revit Live Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring model accuracy, workflow efficiency, and seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams. This role provides the opportunity to influence BIM standards, support automation initiatives, and improve end-user experience across global projects.

What you will do:

  • Support definition, tracking, and testing of script-related bugs, enhancements, and Jira tasks; onboard developers and monitor deliverables.

  • Provide end-user support through live debugging, best-practice guidance, and workflow optimization.

  • Validate Revit models against Ericsson/ESDT criteria, BIM standards, and project requirements.

  • Analyze model structure, coordinates, levels, families, and parameters for compliance.

  • Identify and resolve modelling issues, automation errors, broken families, and warnings.

  • Audit graphical and non-graphical data in Revit models and produce quality/compliance reports using in-house and industry tools.

  • Ensure models are ready for documentation, automation, IFC data exchange, and downstream processes.

  • Contribute to the improvement of standards, tools, templates, and training materials.

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange aligned with project/client objectives.

  • Coordinate with architectural and infrastructure teams to set up and manage project environments.

The skills you bring:

  • Advanced Revit expertise, plus experience with AutoCAD, drafting, and 3D modelling.

  • Basic understanding of Autodesk Revit API and SDKs.

  • High attention to detail, persistence, and strong organizational skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.

  • Solid technical understanding of computer systems and applications.

  • Full knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM protocols, IFC and COBie workflows.

  • Proficiency in Dynamo to support computational design, automation, and process improvements.

  • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving.
