Rewards Associate

Our Business combines advisory services, data and software to provide clients with integrated solutions that address their most complex human capital challenges. We combine the right strategies, data and analytics to help you create a culture that motivates and nurtures talent. Our HR software handles complex organizational needs and delivers engaging employee experiences. With insights from survey analytics and experience, we help identify what employees value to design a consumer-grade, future-focused Total Rewards portfolio. We think strategically to help you address the issues and trends that are reshaping the workplace. We provide advise to the largest (listed) companies in Turkey. In addition, we partner with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis to support our global and multinational clients.

The Role

In our team, you will experience an international, high demanding and high energy environment. You get to work on multiple projects, both with national and international clients. We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we also expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise!

A few examples of areas you could be working in include:

• helping and guiding clients in transitions and change projects
• partnering with senior team members and clients on complex communication challenges
• designing and project managing an employee engagement survey
• advising on survey results
• assisting clients in their efforts to attract, retain and engage talent by developing and implementing innovative and practical Talent Management, Human Capital, and related solutions.

The Requirements

• You have a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other analytical degrees.
• You have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• We expect you to speak Turkish and English fluently.
• You have excellent working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• You are good at building relationships, both internally and externally.
• You deliver top quality, are proactive and flexible and have a can do mentality.
• You are enthusiastic, a team player, creative and able to think out of the box.
• You are eager to help clients solving their complex and challenging issues.
• You are able to draw conclusions from data in a logical systemic way.
