Position: RF Optimization Project Coordinator – Drive Test

Job Description:

Seeking highly organized and technically proficient RF Optimization Project Coordinator who will oversee wireless network improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and quality results. The role requires strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, along with hands-on experience using drive test tools like TEMS or Nemo to assess and optimize network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate RF optimization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• 3+ years of significant wireless/telecom project coordination experience.
• Plan and manage drive test campaigns, including route planning, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Drive Test Kit Setup & Troubleshooting: Must be able to independently set up and configure DT kits (e.g., TEMS, Nemo), ensuring proper connectivity and calibration.
• Software Configuration Understanding: Should fully understand the software used during drive tests, including how it’s deployed and configured on-site.
• Field Troubleshooting Leadership: Capable of supporting and troubleshooting all DT teams in the field, resolving hardware/software issues and ensuring smooth data collection.
• Analyze drive test data using tools like TEMS, Nemo, or similar to identify network performance issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and technical findings.
• Communicate project status and technical insights to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for organizing test data, generating reports, and tracking project metrics.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications, Telecommunication, or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF optimization and drive testing. US-Client experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with RF tools such as TEMS Investigation, Nemo Outdoor, Actix, or similar.
• Must have working knowledge on GIS tools and mapping software (Google Earth, MapInfo, etc.)
• Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, RAN architecture, RAN KPIs, and network parameters.
• Proven experience with OSS tools (e.g., ENM, OSS-RC, NetAct, M2000, USM).

Working Conditions:

• Flexible to work in Night shift (US timings)
• Ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on Project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
