Key Responsibilities:
Develop, prepare, and manage RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate technical and commercial evaluations, including vendor pre-qualification and bid analysis.
Lead technical scoring and comparative assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Prepare complete tender packages, including scope of work, specifications, evaluation criteria, and contractual documentation.
Manage vendor communications, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings.
Ensure compliance with governance, procurement policies, and audit requirements.
Support contract award recommendations and documentation for approvals.
Maintain tender records, evaluation reports, and procurement documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in RFP/RFQ preparation and tendering processes
Experience in vendor evaluation, technical scoring, and bid comparison
Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and contract basics
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
Procurement or Contract Management certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP)
Government or large-scale infrastructure tendering experience
