Role Purpose


The RFPs & Key Accounts Lead will support the firm’s business development efforts by strengthening discipline, quality, and consistency across proposals, key accounts, and priority pursuits. The role is execution-focused and works closely with partners, service lines, and internal teams to ensure opportunities are well-structured, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities


RFPs & Proposals

  • Coordinate end-to-end RFP and proposal processes, from opportunity qualification to submission
  • Support partners and service lines in structuring win strategies, proposal narratives, and executive messaging
  • Ensure consistency, quality control, and timely delivery of proposals across the firm
  • Maintain proposal templates, credentials, and supporting materials in coordination with Marketing


Key Accounts & Opportunities

  • Support the management of priority accounts and strategic opportunities
  • Track active pursuits and key opportunities, ensuring follow-up and internal alignment
  • Assist in preparing account plans, pitch materials, and client presentations
  • Act as a coordination point between partners, service lines, and supporting teams


Commercial Enablement

  • Help embed basic pursuit discipline and best practices across service lines
  • Support leadership with market and opportunity insights where required
  • Contribute to improving visibility and reporting on pipeline and key pursuits


Required Experience & Profile

  • 8–12 years of experience in business development, proposals, pursuits, or commercial roles within professional services, consulting, or advisory firms
  • Strong hands-on experience with RFPs, bids, and complex proposals
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders (Partners, Directors, Heads of Service Lines)
  • Strong writing, structuring, and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market and large institutional or government clients is a strong advantage
