- 1. Delivery will be required at Jhpiego Islamabad Office on Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Quoted cost should include all associated costs including transportation/delivery/carriage/insurance/freight etc. Clearly mention delivery time in calendar days.
- 2. Quotations will not be accepted submitted in person/by hand.
- 3. Quotations without 2% earnest money of bid price will not be considered in competition.
- 4. Ex-stock and early delivery will be preferred.
Terms & Conditions for submission of quotations:
- Sealed Quotation must be submitted on company/organization’s original letterhead with date and stamp in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ number.
- Quotation submitted through email, in person or late submissions will not be considered.
- 2% (Pay Order in favor of “Jhpiego Corporation (NTN: 3369214-9)” of total Quoted price earnest money is mandatory to be attached with offer.
- This procurement lies under Department of State (Govt. of United States) funded project. As per DOS rules, GST amount charged on any invoice over US$ 500/- will be withheld by Jhpiego and sent to DOS Pakistan for tax exemption from Govt. of Pakistan. This process takes at least 120-180 days. Upon approval from DOS, withheld GST amount is paid to vendor by deducting WHT or tax exemption certificate is provided shared by DOS.
- NTN and RFQ Reference number should be mentioned on quotation.
- Quotation validity must be 45 days from date of submission.
- Complete description/specifications of the goods/services.
- Unit price must be quoted separately for each item/service.
- GST taxes must be mentioned separately item wise, if applicable.
- Withholding tax will be deducted from invoice as per applicable tax law of Govt. of Pakistan
- Rates must be quoted in local currency PKR.
- Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified.
- Warranty must be specified clearly.
- Patial bidding is allowed.
- Jhpiego reserves the right to add/reduce quantities.
- Payment will be made through S2B within 1 Month after delivery of items and submission of Invoice to Jhpiego Islamabad.
- Jhpiego may split the order.
- Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with or without assigning any reason.
- Detail Terms & Condition of the Purchase Order are attached with this RFQ as Annex-A.
- Sealed quotation should be submitted at address mentioned above by COB 5:00pm February 27, 2026.
