Urgent Hiring – Ride Attendant (Customer Service Host)

Position: Ride Attendant (Customer Service Host)
Location: Dubai and other locations within UAE
Salary: AED 1,600 per month
Benefits: Visa, shared accommodation, and transport/allowance provided
Working Days / Hours: 6 days per week, 11-hour duty (including 1-hour break)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th-grade or equivalent certification (mandatory)
• Working Conditions: Primarily outdoors during evening hours, with or without shade structures depending on the location.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months as a Ride Attendant or similar role (preferred)
• Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is desirable)

Role Overview:

The Ride Attendant (Customer Service Host) is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rides while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rides safely, following all safety and ride-specific procedures
• Interact positively with guests to ensure a welcoming environment
• Check guest eligibility (e.g., height restrictions) and secure restraints properly
• Maintain cleanliness around the assigned area
• Report any hazards and assist in emergency situations when required

Additional Information:

This is an exciting customer-facing role where you’ll meet visitors from multiple nationalities. You’ll be deployed at one of the biggest and most reputed seasonal event locations in the UAE. The job involves working in open areas and standing for long durations as part of a dynamic customer service team.
