Job Summary: As a Ride Attendant, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our rides and attractions. You will ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children and their families by supervising rides, assisting patrons during loading and unloading processes, and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Ensure the safety and proper operation of rides by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor the rides to enforce height and safety restrictions for children and their guardians.
- Provide clear instructions to guests regarding ride safety and operation.
- Assist children in boarding and deboarding rides, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Respond promptly to any ride issues or guest concerns and escalate to a supervisor as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in and around ride areas, including regular inspections for safety hazards.
- Promote park rules and ensure all guests are compliant with safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures and park policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional customer service and enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least [insert age requirement, e.g., 16 years old] or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, assist guests onto rides, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
