Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Rider to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Verify orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy.
• Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and optimize travel time.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delivery delays to the supervisor immediately.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain delivery records and submit required reports when necessary.
• Assist with operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Karachi roads and routes.
• Previous delivery or rider experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
