Rider Onboarding Speciallist

About the Role:

As a Rider Onboarding Specialist at Foodworks, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our fleet of riders. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new riders, ensuring they are fully prepared to hit the road with the right training, documentation, and equipment. From the initial sourcing phase to full activation, your role will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient rider onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Interviews: Source and interview potential riders to join Foodworks.
• Onboarding & Training: Manage the full onboarding journey for new riders, ensuring smooth transition into the fleet.
• Documentation & Verification: Collect all rider documentation and ensure visa approvals, and compliance requirements are met.
• Training Coordination: Conduct training sessions on app usage, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Equipment Distribution: Oversee the provision of bikes, uniforms, and necessary operational tools.
• Performance Monitoring: Track newly onboarded riders’ activation and ensure engagement from day one.
• Support & Guidance: Address rider concerns, answer queries, and provide necessary assistance.

Key Metrics for Success:

• Number of new leads generated
• Number of successfully sourced and onboarded riders
• Training completion rate %
• Number of newly activated riders

Requirements:

• Experience in rider operations, logistics, or recruitment is preferred.
• Prior experience in a logistics company working with talabat is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of visa processing & compliance is an advantage.
• Languages: Urdu (Must), English (Must)
