Recruitment Specialist

Manama, Bahrain

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, referrals).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth and timely hiring processes.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in the Bahrain job market.

Skills

· Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.

· Proficient in social media platforms for recruitment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
