Riders (fast-food restaurant)

Position Summary:
The Delivery Rider is responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and safe manner while maintaining good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers on time.
• Ensure safe handling of food during delivery.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding.
• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.
• Coordinate with branch staff regarding order pickup and delivery updates.
• Keep the delivery bag and equipment clean and in good condition.

Requirements:

• Must have own motorcycle.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
