Job Opportunity – Rig Operator (ADNOC Project Experience Required)

CHCI is urgently hiring an experienced Rig Operator for piling works on a new ADNOC project site in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must have ADNOC project experience and a valid UAE heavy equipment operator license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate piling/drilling rigs safely and efficiently as per project requirements and site plans.
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow instructions from site engineers and supervisors regarding drilling depths, locations, and pile types.
• Coordinate with lifting and logistics teams during equipment mobilization/demobilization.
• Comply with ADNOC safety procedures, permit-to-work system, and site regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating piling/drilling rigs (e.g., Soilmec, Casagrande, Bauer, etc.).
• Previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment operator license.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods (bored piles, CFA, etc.) and drilling techniques.
• Familiarity with basic rig maintenance, safety checks, and documentation.
