ROLLER SINGLE DRUM OPERATOR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Roller Single Drum Operator to join our team at Al Sahraa Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a roller single drum machine to compact earth, gravel, concrete, and other materials on construction sites. The role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a roller single drum machine to compact earth, gravel, concrete, and other materials on construction sites.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on the machine to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Understand and interpret construction plans and specifications to determine the appropriate areas for compaction.
• Monitor the machine's performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired compaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including equipment maintenance and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a roller single drum machine in a construction environment.
• Valid UAE driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification.
• Knowledge of construction plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
