Rigger I / II / III or Lifting Supervisor (Aramco Certified)

Responsibilities:

• Perform lifting, rigging, and material handling activities in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international safety regulations.
• Ensure lifting plans are executed as per approved method statements and safety guidelines.
• Supervise and guide rigging teams to maintain safe operations on site.
• Inspect lifting gear, slings, shackles, and equipment to ensure compliance before operations.
• Coordinate with crane operators, site engineers, and HSE officers for safe lifting activities.
• Report hazards, unsafe practices, and incidents immediately to management.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and certification records as required by Aramco.

Required skill & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Rigger / Lifting Supervisor in Oil & Gas or Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, rigging methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural environments.
