Job Purpose:

To perform rigging activities under the supervision of senior riggers or lifting foremen, ensuring safe handling, fastening, and movement of loads during lifting operations. The role supports day-to-day site lifting tasks by preparing rigging gear, attaching loads correctly, and following established safety procedures to contribute to efficient and accident-free operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute complex rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor Rigger Level 1 and Level 2 personnel.
• Inspect and approve rigging equipment and lifting plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site procedures, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with site management and engineers for planning and execution of lifts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive experience in rigging and lifting operations.
• In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certification or license in rigging/lifting operations.
