Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Preference: Candidates currently in KSA with experience
Role Overview:
The Rigger will perform all tower-related installation activities for telecom and transmission systems, including antenna mounting, link alignment and quality documentation using project reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tower climbs and equipment installations in line with project standards.
- Conduct accurate antenna and link alignment using approved instruments.
- Execute cable routing, weatherproofing, grounding, and hardware installation.
- Document installation details, photos, and alignment records in project systems.
- Support installation and integration teams during site acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE and tower safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or technical diploma in telecom or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecom Rigger.
- Certified for tower climbing and height safety.
- Proficient in antenna installation and link alignment.
- Familiar with site documentation and reporting systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
