We’re looking for a Rigging Artist / Technical Animator who can rig characters, props, vehicles, and more, and create custom controllers inside Unreal Engine for full integration into Sequencer cinematic workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Rig characters, props, vehicles, and environmental assets for Unreal Engine
- Set up control rigs and custom controllers compatible with Sequencer
- Work with animators and cinematics team to ensure rigs are user-friendly and production-ready
- Troubleshoot and optimize rigs for real-time playback and cinematic sequences
- Collaborate with artists to ensure rigs support animation requirements
Requirements
- Strong experience in rigging for games or cinematic projects
- Expertise in Unreal Engine Control Rig system
- Ability to create controllers for characters, props, and vehicles
- Knowledge of Sequencer workflow and how rigs integrate into it
- Reliable PC with strong specs (please share your setup when applying)
- Stable internet connection
- Available to work 8 hours/day, remote
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Maya, Blender, or Houdini rigging pipelines
- Understanding of animation layering, constraints, and custom attributes
- Familiarity with Niagara or VFX integration for rigged assets
