Rigging Foreman

Overview
Bass Crane Service, LLC. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Rigging Foreman to lead and oversee rigging operations on job sites. This vital role involves managing rigging during lifts under a lift plan, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating complex lifting and hoisting activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of rigging techniques and schematics. As a key player in our team, you will drive project efficiency, uphold safety standards, and ensure the successful execution of heavy lifting operations.

Duties

  • Be involved in the process of coordinating rigging teams and execute lifting operations safely and efficiently across construction sites
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to plan rigging setups
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies during all rigging activities.
  • Oversee quality control measures to guarantee the integrity of rigging systems and load stability
  • Visualize, Plan and put into place Crane and Rigging needs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate with others on jobsite
  • NCCCO Rigging Level 1 With 5 years of rigging experience
  • OSHA 10
  • NCCCO, TLL and TSS Crane Certification. (preferred)
  • CDL (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
