RN Supervisor — McAuley Convent (Merion, PA)

Full-Time (30+ hours)
Pay Range: $40–$55/hr based on experience

McAuley Convent, part of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, is seeking an RN Supervisor to support and guide daily nursing care for our sister residents. This role provides both hands-on nursing care and leadership to our dedicated nursing staff. This involves rotating patient care and some staff evaluations/paperwork. We need someone who can educate and supervise staff.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day clinical care and ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Provide direct nursing care as needed and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Coordinate physician-directed care, restorative services, and community resources.
Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, training, hiring, and addressing concerns.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality.
Participate in quality improvement efforts and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Collaborate respectfully with residents, families, the Sister Life Minister, and the care team.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
2+ years of experience working with older adults.
1+ year of supervisory experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and use basic computer systems.

Preferred:

Experience with community resources, health systems, or agency coordination.
Understanding of the Sisters of Mercy mission and values.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
