Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Rigid Box Specialist with minimum 5+ years of experience who has worked in a large-scale manufacturing facility and/or handled international export-quality production.

This role is critical. The selected candidate will lead the complete sampling department and ensure every prototype meets international standards before bulk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all rigid box sampling operations
• Full technical command over 1000–2400 GSM grey board structures
• Expertise in:
• Magnetic closure rigid boxes
• Lid & base boxes
• Drawer/slide boxes
• Collapsible rigid boxes
• Shoulder/neck boxes
• Book-style boxes
• Deep understanding of:
• Structural engineering & dieline accuracy
• Measurement precision (mm/inches)
• Magnet placement & strength calibration
• Ribbon fitting & accessories
• Foam / EVA / Satin inserts
• Wrapping & pasting finishing quality
• Ensure export-level finishing standards
• Identify and solve structural or production challenges
• Approve samples before bulk production
• Maintain strict quality control benchmarks

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in rigid box manufacturing
• Must have worked in a large manufacturing setup OR with export/international quality standards
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, adhesives, lamination, and specialty finishes
• Highly detail-oriented and quality-driven
• Strong leadership capability to manage and train sampling staff
• Experience in handling premium luxury packaging preferred
