Job Description:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s risk management and compliance programs.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update the Risk Register, ensuring all incidents, risks, and mitigation actions are accurately logged and tracked.
  • Assist in internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Coordinate incident reporting and investigation, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions are documented.
  • Work closely with Operations, Security, and Health & Safety teams to promote compliance awareness.
  • Support the development and delivery of risk and compliance training sessions for staff.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all risk and compliance records.
  • Support emergency response planning and ensure procedures are updated and communicated.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
  • Saudi National
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in risk administration, compliance, or safety management (hospitality, leisure, or facilities background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, safety regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with risk management software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
