Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and updating enterprise-wide risk management and compliance policies.
  • Support the implementation of risk and compliance programs across all MAF Retail markets.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive actions for identified threats or irregularities.
  • Participate in investigations related to fraud, ethics violations, and non-compliance, ensuring all findings are documented and reported appropriately.
  • Develop and present reports on risk exposure, mitigation progress, and compliance status.
  • Support business continuity and crisis management planning across the organization.
  • Analyze retail data and compliance performance metrics to recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate risk strategy with operational goals.
