The Risk and Quality Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks and quality metrics to ensure successful project delivery. The role focuses on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and compliance with established governance standards, particularly within Oracle implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project impact.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards, including testing, configuration, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to proactively address risks and quality concerns.
  • Prepare and present risk and quality reports, dashboards, and recommendations to project leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, or Project Management are preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, or project governance roles.
  • Experience working in large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting audits, reviews, and compliance assessments.
