GreatChild NGO is seeking an experienced and strategic Risk Management Director to lead the organization’s risk assessment and compliance initiatives in Muscat, Al Khuwair. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying operational, financial, legal, and organizational risks while developing effective strategies to protect the NGO’s mission, assets, and reputation.

The Risk Management Director will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks, monitoring regulatory compliance, conducting risk evaluations, and advising senior leadership on mitigation strategies. The role also involves developing internal policies, ensuring operational continuity, and promoting a culture of accountability and risk awareness across the organization.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with significant experience in risk management, governance, or compliance leadership roles. Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and knowledge of risk control standards and regulatory practices are essential.
