Risk Management - Freelance Trainer

We are seeking an experienced freelance instructor who specializes in Risk Management, GRC, Internal Audit and Controls. The preferred candidate should demonstrate a profound comprehension of regulatory adherence and risk management, with a track record of adeptly conducting training sessions.

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Accounting.
• Professional Certifications: Advanced credentials such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRM, or ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager.
• Industry Experience: At least 10 years of experience in risk management, GRC, or internal audit within a bank or financial institution.
• Training Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in professional coaching, training delivery, or people development.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Your Skills & Knowledge

We are looking for an expert with advanced-level knowledge in the following areas:

Risk Frameworks: Deep mastery of ISO 31000 (principles and processes) and COSO ERM (governance and internal control focus).

GRC Integration: Ability to teach the integration of governance, performance management, and compliance activities.

Internal Audit: Advanced knowledge of internal audit methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and audit report writing.

Fraud & Forgery: Strong understanding of detection, prevention, and investigation techniques within banking operations.

Regulatory Environment: Comprehensive knowledge of Middle Eastern regulatory requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
