Main Roles:

Strategy & Framework Development: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, and procedures across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Executive Reporting & Governance: Lead the process of identifying, measuring, and reporting key risks and mitigation progress to senior management and the Board of Directors. This includes defining the organization's risk appetite and tolerance levels.

Team Leadership & Oversight: Lead and manage the risk team, providing direction, setting priorities, and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of all risk assessment and monitoring activities.

Cultural Integration: Drive the integration of risk management best practices and foster a proactive, risk-aware culture throughout the business planning and decision-making processes across the company.

Major Incident Escalation & Response: Oversee the handling of critical risk incidents, coordinating cross-functional response teams, and ensuring that post-incident analyses and remediation plans are fully implemented.

Business Unit Liaison: Act as the dedicated risk consultant and advisor to key business units, conducting tailored training sessions and ensuring their processes and activities fully adhere to the established ERM framework and policies.
Experience
:

6 to 8 years of practical experience in the field of Risk Management.

Full awareness, knowledge, and professionalism in international practices for risk and crisis management.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Educational Level:

Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields.
Specialized Certifications:
Obtained professional certifications in the field of Risk Management, such as:
