About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our organization, ensuring the protection of our assets, reputation, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze potential threats to the company's operations, finances, and reputation
• Create and maintain a dynamic risk register, regularly updating and prioritizing identified risks
• Lead risk workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential risks
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
• Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders
• Provide expert guidance on risk-related matters to various departments and project teams
• Stay updated on local and international risk management standards, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations
• Contribute to the development of a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior risk management role
• Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Proven expertise in risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, and monitoring
• Strong understanding of performance-based contracts and risk allocation strategies
• Proficiency in risk management tools and software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, Active Risk Manager)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and drive a risk-aware culture
• Experience with financial risk assessment and management
• Knowledge of local and international risk management standards and regulations
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulatory environment
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable
