Manage compliance monitoring activities across RSG by overseeing assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements, and supporting sustained compliance through structured reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Manage the development and execution of the compliance monitoring plan by prioritizing regulatory and non-regulatory requirements based on risk exposure and organizational commitments.

Ensure interpretation and application of applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal commitments are consistently reflected within compliance monitoring activities.

Manage compliance risk assessments to identify potential gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance across corporate and operational functions.

Ensure compliance assessments are planned, conducted, and documented in line with approved methodologies and compliance frameworks.

Manage coordination with internal stakeholders to facilitate compliance reviews, obtain required evidence, and support timely remediation of identified gaps.

Ensure compliance findings, risk exposures, and remediation progress are accurately reported through structured dashboards and management reports.

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability of compliance documentation to support internal governance, regulatory inspections, and external audits.

Manage delivery of compliance awareness initiatives to promote understanding of regulatory obligations and company-specific commitments across the organization.

Ensure continuous improvement of compliance monitoring tools, methodologies, and frameworks by tracking regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Managerial Responsibilities:

Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission.

Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.

Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance.

Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.

Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or Risk Management, or a related field.

8 years of experience (with 1+ in managerial roles)

Professional certification in Compliance, Risk, or Governance (e.g., ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems or equivalent) is preferred.
