Risk Manager - Forex Brokerage

We are a growing Forex brokerage firm committed to providing world-class trading services to retail and institutional clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our team and help ensure the stability, compliance, and growth of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily trading risk across all client accounts.
• Analyze exposure, liquidity, and profitability to ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Utilize and manage risk management tools and software (MT5 admin, liquidity bridges, third-party risk plugins, BI dashboards, etc.).
• Identify and categorize clients (profitable traders, high-risk traders, scalpers, etc.) to optimize.
• Provide actionable insights and new ideas to improve brokerage operations, strategies, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with compliance, dealing desk, and management to ensure efficient workflows.
• Prepare regular reports on client exposure, trading patterns, and broker risk.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a Forex brokerage risk management role.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and brokerage structures.
• Proficiency in risk management software, trading platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze large sets of client and market data.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to propose and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
