Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Security Manager to lead security operations, manage risk assessments, and ensure compliance with international and local standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across operations.
• Security Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
• Incident Management: Lead response efforts during emergencies and security breaches.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor security staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with government agencies, clients, and internal teams.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on risk and security performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in risk and security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of risk mitigation, crisis management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in multinational organizations, ideally within the GCC region.
