- 5+ years Logistics experience
- General management skills, operational experience and knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Responsible for supervision of Distribution Center associates, establishing operational procedures
- Executes all operational day-to-day activities
- Accountable for safety and associate engagement process
- Develop and implement operational and capital budgets to include technology, facilities and equipment
- Oversee, manage and report operational expenses compared to budget and prior years
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports
